First, my brother Lee was visiting us this past week from Norfolk, VA. He brought his lovely girlfriend, Jen, too. :) She's super sweet and fit right in w/ our family. (Although we ALL talk SO much more than she does.) ;)
I didn't get to take many pics of them, but here is one. :)
This pic is of Rachel "sportin'" the Little Mermaid pj's that Uncle Lee and Jen got her for Christmas. :) She loved them so much, she wore the shirt the next day too (w/ jeans). ;)
Last night (Sat.), we spent the evening together, just the 3 of us. We didn't go to church b/c Rachel was taking a late nap and she woke up 5 mins. before we needed to be a church. We decided to have a family movie night. :) Before we went to rent the movie, Ben and Rachel wanted to play X-box (the old one). Here some pics.
We went to the Redbox movie rental place at McDonald's to see what was out. We chose Meet the Robinsons. It was cute. Rachel got bored after about 45 mins. (which is normal for her). It had a positive message and was entertaining for us (the adults). It was nice b/c we ate an easy dinner as we watched the movie (we hardly ever watch tv while we eat anymore). Today we went to my parent's house to spend the day with my brother and Jen. They are leaving very early tomorrow morning. :( I'm sad that they are going, but I'm happy that they have each other for this trip home.
When we got home tonight, I wanted read the story about the Good Samaritan, which Max (our minister) preached about today. Well, Rachel wanted to read the bible too. She thinks that my little green bible is hers. ;) So here we are reading on my bed. :)

I'm glad you have had a good visit with Lee, and sorry he has to leave. And Rachel looks so cute reading with you. You're probably making a bigger impression on her than you think! Way to start her young! :) Love you!
