I am just thinking of what blessings God has given me... each day HE shows me more and more how much I have. I may not be rich (worldly wise), but I am RICH WITH GOD's BLESSINGS. I am HIS child and HE has given me so many blessings....I am saved by God's grace, Jesus has forgiven my sins and given me eternal life (what more can a girl ask for)!!! I have a beautiful family- Ben and Rachel; my parents are 5 mins away; my in-laws are 15 mins away, I have a cozy apartment, in a good neighborhood; I have running water, electricity, AC/heat; I have food (MORE than I should eat); I have clothing (some are older, but they do their job); I have a car with a wonderfully large back to keep Rachel safe and hold her deluxe carseat; I have TONS of EXTRAS like my computer to blog and keep in touch with people; I have my laptop to help me out when my main computer isn't working; I have books, CD's and DVD's galore; I have an IPOD with my favorite Christian music that I can listen to in the car or anywhere else; I have such fun with my friends, family ALWAYS. I have a nice part time job where I can teach (which I LOVE) and get some extra spending cash! ;) GOD IS SO GOOD! I love HIM so much! :)
A few weeks ago our weather was quite nice and I took Rachel to my parent's neighborhood park... my old park, the one that I used to play at when I was young. It was so much fun to go down memory lane. On the way to the park I saw a few neighbors that I knew from when I was little. It was great to see them again, first my parent's neighbor and her daughter. They loved to meet Rachel and we got to catch up with each other. It was NICE. We went to the park that has not changed much, except for a few additions. It was CRAZY. Rachel didn't want to stay on the swing, so here's the pic of that! She really makes it known when she's not happy. I will post more pics of this outing soon!
